Summary: Poor care and treatment

I had a lump and tried for 4 months to get it seen. In the end another service had to help me get an appointment.
I have had previous heart attack. I was having signs that i previously had prior to the heart attack and just wanted to be seen in person but they would only give me a phone appointment.
