Summary: Poor experience

I had three miscarriages and I asked for an investigation. I asked multiple times. I was always told no, this is very normal, lots of women go through this, it’s just natural selection. The third time that I thought I was miscarrying I called triage and they told me to stay at home, it’s normal to bleed, but if the pads were soaking through to go straight there. I ended up going anyways but once I got there and had been assessed no one confirmed anything to me. It was only when a healthcare assistant came in and gave me a dish to catch the miscarriage in that I realised that it was really happening. I ended up having to pay privately for a consultation because I was informed that I had to miscarry four times before I could be under the miscarriage team. Eventually I was referred to the Women’s and had an immediate follow-up. They treated me well. I don’t even want to take my son to Ormskirk A&E after my experiences with them.
