Summary: Poor service

My daughter has suffered with gynaecological problems for a long time. She's bee following the pathway and it's been slow. She had to have the coil put in as part of the pathway. She asked for anaesthetic. Initially, they refused but she insisted. I have never seen someone change so quick. It had a really negative impact on her. We went to Hoghton St and had it removed. She had another appointment at Ormskirk and they made her feel awful. They were asking her to justify why she was there, basically. She's had three c-sections and has internal scar tissue. In the end, she just told them to discharge her. I wouldn't send a dog there. She ended up self-referring to the Women's and within 15 minutes she had been placed on an urgent waiting list for a hysterectomy. The doctor had clearly read all her notes and was great.
