Summary: Poor service and incompetent

My mum has been with this surgery for years, I keep telling her to change surgeries as theres always an issue with them! but due to her mental health shes to anxious to change as she likes her gp..

She has been in hospital for 3 weeks with serious health problems and nearly died.. she's been discharged and still very unwell and staying at my house in the wirral as she is unable to care for her self. Some of her medications have been changed while in hospital, the surgery sent the incorrect prescriptions to the pharmacy, despite them informing me that they have her discharge letter and what her medications should be! So why send the incorrect ones?

Been contacting them all day about it to keep getting told its with the gp who is very busy! I said ask another gp as she is going to be with out vital medications that she needs tonight!! they said they can't it has to be the on call gp and she might not get round to it today.. I said she needs these medications its vital to health and she just kept repeating herself.

They also stated there's no permission on file to talk to me even though the form for this was filled in last year and I talk to them on behalf of my mum all the time and have done multiple times today but now its an issue!

Everytime we speak to them theres an issue nothing is ever done stress free or easily
