Summary: Poor service from the surgery

Strand Medical Centre – They won’t help me to get on-line. I have spoke to someone on the desk to get an appointment, they said I have to ring at 8am or do the on-line form. I can’t do the on-line form I need help. I was supposed to have been referred re: my mental health but when I checked with them the referral had not been done. I have been waiting 7 months. I am now on the Psychiatry UK waiting list, but I am behind by 7 months.
