Summary: Poor service

- 15 Sefton road – always get prescriptions wrong. The chemist across the way are aware of the issues with patient prescriptions from this practice. I needed a letter from the GP re council tax and kept asking. I kept getting letters saying I needed to submit my GP letter. I went in after 7 months and I was told I was lucky it was still there and it didn’t get put in the bin. The staff are lovely but they are spread too thinly. They have too many practices to manage as they are a chain.
