Summary: Poor support for my daughter

My daughter was assigned a counsellor and the counsellor was great with her. My daughter was happy with her and they built up a great rapport. My daughter’s mental health declined. They said that her counsellor did not have enough experience so they pulled her support. This has really impacted my daughter negatively. Why could they not have continued with the support until they found a replacement counsellor? We now have no support, other than phone calls. We have been told whilst waiting she can have group support or access on-line video support. She needs one-to-one support and face to face.
I am her mum, I know what she is going through. Why is my voice not listened to?
