Summary: Positive experience of primary care

I cannot fault primary care. I have been able to make appointments with health professionals when needed. I rang the surgery in the morning and was made an appointment the same day to see a mental health practitioner. I was greeted with the words ' i am so glad that you've come'. which put me at ease straight away. I also requested a medication review through e-consult and was booked an appointment promptly.
