Summary: Reception organised appt

I had phoned 2 weeks earlier and was seen by a paramedic, but what I was prescribed didn’t work. I phoned again this week, and the receptionist was lovely. At 10.30 am she told me there were no appointments left but could give me an appointment for a few weeks. I needed someone sooner. She then booked me in with the nurse the next day and he was good. I was happy to see a nurse.
