Summary: Referral rejected without helpful explanation

My GP surgery referred me here. As my referral had been delayed at the GP surgery, the dr helpfully marked it urgent as they felt this was the helpful thing to do.
When it was then rejected by the service, there was no clear reason given. It was unhelpful, giving no practical, or specific feedback to explain why it had been refused. It was very abrupt and unprofessional.
