Seaforth Village surgery
I was trying for so long to get the NHS app working for my surgery. It was never working. After talking to Healthwatch Sefton they told me I needed to speak to the GP reception team, they would do something their end, I would have to delete the app (think 24 hours) then reinstall and it would work. I went to the surgery to be told by the receptionist nothing she could do. When I said Healthwatch Sefton told me to come in about it she then got admin to do something for me and told me to delete the app, wait and then re-install. It now works for the first time.
