I booked in over phone, received couple of text reminders, really helpful. When I arrived computer indicated I wasn't due for smear 'til Nov. 24. Nurses said often tests are refused by Manchester where they are processed if not due. GP had previously told me I was due hence my booking in.
Nurse rang the Manchester testing site to make sure my test would be processed to save me having to come back in and have the test again. I was very grateful for this reassurance. Really helpful and very supportive, kind, patient during test which can be difficult. Thanks to Gillian, long may you be at the Hollies.
