The rules to get a pre-bookable appointment seem to be made up by whoever is on duty that day, ranges from non available to check back next week. Ringing up at 8am for an appointment on the day isn't possible for those that work or who have a job were a phone has to be switched off. Why does it have to so difficult just to get an appointment at a time that suits those that work. So frustrating.
