Summary: Still no support

I was diagnosed as diabetic and didn't do well on metformin as it made me feel ill. After that there was nothing. I went from one annual review to another with no blood test. I asked the diabetes nurse if I could speak to the diabetic team. I was told no, I could only have an annual review. I just got told, oh by the way, have low carbs won't you.
