Summary: Stress free blood test

I'm a very anxious patient when it comes to having my blood taken as I often faint. I explained this to the female phlebotomist when I entered the room and I asked if I could lie flat. She was so accommodating, adjusted the chair so I could lie down and got me talking about my day to distract me. More than this, however, she was just lovely and made me feel ok about being very nervous. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name.
