Firstly, I have never had a problem with treatment and care received at Moore Street, however trying to get access to a non-urgent appointment is impossible. Due to my caring responsibilities and the school run I find it difficult to do the 8am lottery, when I tried to call to receive a non-urgent appointment I was just told to call at 8am. I am aware that there are issues everywhere with accessing GP appointments but it concerns me that patients might get lost in the gap. I have also tried to access patchs but it is only open for a short amount of time. I am just wanting to get advice from my gp but its impossible.
