Summary: Struggling to book an appointment

I’ve been struggling with trying to get a GP appointment outside of work hours. I’ll call the surgery and they’ll say that there’s no appointments available that day or the next two weeks if it isn’t urgent. I was told by the surgery to book an appointment to discuss test results but when I called reception again I was told there were no appointments. They’re the ones who have told me to book the appointment. I also can’t use the online portal. I’m now having to go to the local walk-in centre to receive treatment as you just can’t get an appointment.
