Seaforth Village surgery / Bridge Road chemist
We have a service user who is in his late 80’s and lives by SING resource centre. His GP surgery is Seaforth Road. He has to get all the way to Bridge Road to pick up his prescriptions. I know Bridge Road can deliver but he forgets to ask them. It is just so far for him to walk. Maybe if they could just have him on the delivery list.
