Summary: Terribly ran service

Could never get an appointment or even a prescription. After having surgery i needed pain killers. But couldn't get an appointment or a prescription. I ended up leaving the surgery with my partner and kids and going to a formby surgery. We were accepted the first day and i rang at 9 and had an appointment at 10. Hightown surgery is shocking. I didn't realise how bad until i got another surgery.
