I’m luckily in good health most of the time but do need repeat prescriptions for HRT , I can no longer do this over the phone for some reason but have to go physically into the practice to do it , I then had to shout my personal details to the waiting room as the receptionist was behind glass and couldn’t hear me which was infuriating as I like to keep my details private. I also had my prescription cut in half as I needed a review, I turned up for the review and waited half an hour to see a male associate for 5 minutes who asked me why I was there , to which I replied I really don’t know as I’ve never had any problems. The outcome was my prescription did not return to full amount but I have to go through the whole 8 o’clock rigmarole to try and find out why . So frustrating.
