I phoned to ask for my dads repeat prescription. He is having a lot of health problems and could not get there. I was told no, it has to be put in writing. It was only for his repeat prescription. What if my dad didn't have someone to do this for him?

There are hardly any GPs at this surgery now, the waiting room is always empty. If you ask for a GP you don't get to see one.

It is even hard to get appointments for your children now. This used to be a good surgery, they now just tell you to take them the walk-in.

It is hard to get through on the phone but if you call there in person people are queuing up outside very early.
