Bootle Village surgery – I phone one second before 8 and it will say closed. Ring and re-dial immediately and you are over 20 in the queue. I don’t go unless I am desperate. I do need to see a GP but I give up. I am in my 80’s and it is hard for me to get in the phone queue at 8 am. I am used to it now and know I won’t get seen. I have cancer, deafness and eye problems. Someone told me they think I have Raynaud's disease in my hands but I can’t get an appointment.
