Calling at 8am. In a Q. Then all appt gone but no offer to join in advance fur on urgent. After receiving a text from a dr to call to discuss my blood results, I was told by switchboard to access their online health form! It was inaccessible ! Awful service . I’ve not once been able to have a face to face to discuss my health concerns. Switchboard staff seem to decide the validity of my query and have no idea if the medical advice I am seeking etc but I cannot get beyond them. Awful service since PCT-24 took over. They are faceless.
I am seeking a new practitioner at the earliest opportunity . I would never recommend this practice .
I’ve been at this surgery since 1970 with various private practitioners and always managed to see someone. Why isn’t it working with this trust?
I don’t need to escalate this further yet, as I’m not seriously ill etc, but I still feel unimportant as a patient and frustrated I can’t get help after my self help has failed.
I have sought help over 22m ago, when I had a chest infection but had to insist on seeing someone and was sent to a different location to a practice nurse not a dr. But at least I got some help.
