Summary: Waiting times

I had to wait six weeks between appointments. I asked if this could be less so instead of six weeks it could be four. This didn't happen. My feet ended up being like a cripple, I needed a walking stick. Then I got told that I had to do them myself, when I can't as I have Learning Disability. I've had to go private now and it's disgusting that I had to go this far. People feel like they have to grovel and I feel sorry for the people who don't feel able to speak up for themselves.
