I am concerned about NHS resources being wasted on inaccurate and duplicate patient letters. I received 10 letters about one appointment which was cancelled once, and 4 of the letters were duplicates. Postage is being paid for this and it is very worrying. I was contacted by phone in the end and offered an appointment at Southport hospital for this appointment because it was closer in time, so the letters were unnecessary in the end.
