Summary: Welcome to the Marie Celeste

Blood test booked for 12.30PM today.
Arrived at 12.20 PM
Nobody was at Reception. (Reception was closed throughout the time I waited).
3 people were waiting for blood tests at the same time as me.
I left at 12.50PM to go to another appointment without having seen one single health care person pass through the clinic whilst I was there.
4 healthcare people however left the clinic in their cars just as we arrived.
One waiting patient knocked at a few doors but got no response.
We have rebooked the blood test at our local surgery.
We are expected to show courtesy to the NHS but maybe it is time for the NHS to review their level of courtesy to their patients.
No Reception staff, no visible personnel ..... does nothing to increase confidence in the NHS.
All-in-all, a very unprofessional, uncaring and amateur service.
